Temple Puzzles

This post is mostly just going to be pictures of temples. They are actively trying to rebuild and repair a lot of the temples, but for some of them it is impossible. For some of them parts were taken apart and meticulously recorded bit by bit and then war broke out and bits were taken. War ended and museums took bits. The tourist trade started up and more bits were stolen. Granted it's pretty difficult to steal a lodestone, but many carvings and statues are missing and many of the temples won't be rebuilt from the original stones because they just aren't there anymore.
When you hear the word temple you think of a majestic, beautiful, overwhelming place. Most of the temples in Siem Reap qualify in those categories, but the level of destruction and general lack of upkeep was unexpected. This is what I saw.
