Time for another round of weird things I see in the city. In this case on the MRT.

If you answered a woman wearing a surgical mask you're correct. However that isn't the answer I'm looking for.
The correct answer is a woman wearing a blue santa hat. In September. For no discernible reason that I can fathom.
