Hey! Taffy

So back to Wulai. Lauren and I were walking up and down the street and this man is stretching and pulling taffy by hand. I am of course fascinated because this man is doing it the old fashioned way and this is not something I ever expected to find here.



It turns out that this stuff is not actually taffy. It's brittle and airy. You can click on the picture and it will make it bigger so you can see a little better. It does taste similar to cream taffy though. Sweet with a slight vanilla flavor. Kinda nifty.
