Grand news!
Today I mailed off all the documents to Taiwan to get myself legally employed in Taiwan.
Very exciting isn't it? Why yes, yes it is.
Just to give you all an idea of what shipping costs are to send something over seas quickly, (I had to express the documents), it cost $43.98 to send a half pound package full of paper. This is via UPS. FedEx would have been the same and the lovely United States Post Office would have been roughly $60. So please keep these numbers in mind and don't be upset when all you get is cards from me during the next major holidays. If you do get upset you'll just have to come and visit me and then I will buy you a lovely gift. So there.
